Both ferrous metallurgical enterprises and non-ferrous metallurgical enterprises will produce a large amount of high-temperature liquid slag. The vast majority of enterprises use slag bags (or slag cans) to load and treat slag. Steel slag will be produced in the process of steelmaking and steel rolling. In actual production, steel slag is transported by slag ladle truck. The existing slag car is a turnover structure, and the slag storage bag of the slag car is unloaded outward through turnover. However, some slag materials will adhere to the inner wall of the slag bag and cannot fall out of the slag bag. These slag materials will accumulate in the slag bag for a long time, affecting the subsequent slag transportation and unloading of the slag bag. Therefore, it is necessary to manually clean the slag storage bag of the slag storage vehicle every time it is used.

Technical requirements:

1. The cast fillet is R30 if not specified.

2. There shall be no casting defects affecting the strength of the hanging shaft and rotating shaft.

3. The slag tank must be polished smooth, and no more than 5mm unevenness is allowed.

4. After casting, the slag tank shall be subject to integral annealing treatment.

5. The concentricity of lifting shafts at both ends shall be strictly controlled within 5mm.

6. Material of slag tank: zg230-450, material of trunnion: 45 # forging (embedded casting), trunnion adopts insert casting process.
